Feminist Art Collective Residency 2018

In May 2018 I attended the Feminist Art Collective Residency at Artscape Gibraltar Point on Toronto Islands, Toronto, Canada. This was a two week residency spent with 20 or so other feminist artists. We had guest lecturers come to visit, many of whom offered Studio Critiques. This page documents the work I undertook during the residency. The premise of the work was the intersectionality of young and elder feminists and how young women might perform age to give them a sense of the trajectory that they are on. The most exciting aspect of the work I made was the collaboration with Katie Ott who makes non functional wood furniture.
